thunderbird was 18+ the last time i was there (yesterday). if you are going to go all the way to norman from austin, you might as well go to cherokee in tulsa because it is a much better card room. yesterday was my first time at thunderbird (even though i live ten minutes from there) and i was told the highest limit they spread on the weekend is 4-8.
