Default Call or raise this river?

UTG+1: 45/0/0.33 (and has 1.5 BB left after he called my initial bet)
No reads on villian.

3 bet, it looks exactly like AK, why would he raise the flop with KK

Easy 3-bet. Hard to put him on KK and if he had AA he would have showed more strenght on turn.

Another thought, maybe instead of three betting the flop you could call then try and bet/3bet the turn. If you 3bet the flop, there's a good chance you knock out utg, so you miss his flop bet and turn bet, and if you get to 3bet the turn you make even more skrilla.

Sure it's possible, but AK is more probable based on combinations and the way the hand has played out. 3-bet it! You might even get UTG+1 to throw in his last 1.5 BB...

If you get shown KK, oh well... next hand.
