should i have bet out or re-raised the river or is fold good here?

Party Poker 0.5/1 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is SB with 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].

I bet out and call a raise. With no reads that is.

Edited to add: bet this flop approx. 100% of the time.

Oh, and I'm back bitches.

I would have bet and if raised, called. A fold would be the worse action, IMO.

I would lead the flop, check/call the turn, and lead the river.

As you played it, I'd call the river, hoping that MP2 was playing top pair/over pair and that Button just hit his straight (and not a bigger flush, which is unlikely, but still possible).

either could have trip 2s (unlikely due to action), small str8 and/or flush draws

mp bet means any flush to me, raise means hi card flush - did i read this wrong?

seems that the line was to bet out / call the river
so I wussed out by not calling...

Isn't it strange how you came back at just the same time I came back from my poker hiatus?

HMMMMMMMMMMmmmmm....

To the OP: I don't understand why you check/folded the river. You made the hand you were going after, so bet. If you're going to do this then you might as well always fold a flush draw if you don't have a nut draw. I don't have to tell you what a massive mistake that would be.
