Default When to push semibluff??

I know this is probably very vague to most people but this is the area that I know that I need the most help in.

Alot of times in tourneys its inevitable you get raised by a player when you have a strong hand or a strong drawing hand where you are favorite to alot of "Pair" hands or even in some cases two pair.....Assuming that you have seen this player pushing people before with strong draws.

What types of things are you looking for before you decide that this is the time to push on a semi bluff.

This came about because i see alot of people, and read it on here, in tourneys with people making moves with nut flush draws and an overcard, st8 draw and an over card, etc etc.

Im guessing this might be back in the topic of inflection points....maybe, i don't know

Your thoughts?
