interpoker + intercasino question

if you deposit money during for their bonus, cash out, use the promo bucks at the casino and win money... how do you cash out the money you won at the casino? Do you just clear the 90 dollars, or do you have to clear the raked hands for the 90 dollars + the money you made at the casino?
