Default Strong Draw against unexpected aggression

Once I picked up the OESD and Flush draw on the turn I figured I had to bet this one. The table is very loose. MP1 is 56%/4% with an Postflop AF of 0.56, CO is 44%/2% with a Postflop AF of 0.31. Have played ~110 hands with both opponents, and the aggression especially after the flop checked around is completely unexpected. With a paired board visions of one of them holding a boat come to mind, but is that just a case of seeing monsters under the bed? What do you do here? Did I make a mistake earlier in the hand?

Call. Not enough to cap the turn 3 way. Rest of the hand looks fine.

This seems logical. Against two loose passive opponents who come to life here would you ever consider folding this?

Really? Pot is offering 7:2 while he is 4.75:1 to catch. Are you sure S&M would approve?

MP1 and CO going to give Hero plenty of action if he hits his flush.

4.75-1? Hero has flush outs and an OESD.

The pot is offering 9:2 odds...10:2 after MP1 calls.

Crap, I didn't see the OESD AND miscounted the BB. Good catch.

I should just play while I'm playing.

Yes there is the OESD and the flush draw, which gives us ~15 outs if we can count all of them. How many of these outs would you count in this hand?
