With 6 outs (J's and Q's) I'm tempted to call. The runner runner flush doesn't worry me enough to discount the outs much. An ace *might* be an out as well. Seems like you've got odds to pull the river card.

If you miss though, I always end up calling for one bet, which I always wonder if that's a leak or prudent not to fold a decent sized pot for a bet.
