Default Re: JJ flops set

This flop looks like big trouble for your set of Jacks.

Three clubs and your opponent does not believe you have the flush because of your pre-flop raise. In fact I might put him on a big club. I would think CHECK, FOLD to a big bet as you have no clubs and wait for a better spot. I want to go to showdown cheap if possible, definitely don't get in a re-raising war unless you plan to commit your whole stack.

Ok we got in a war and built a nice little pot... My first thought is ALL-IN. On the turn I am either going to go ALL-IN if I believe he is on a one card flush draw or possibly a str8 draw. If he has any draw your $5 bet gave him the correct odds to call this now $20 pot. If I don't push all-in I am going to check fold to any sizeable bet and let him have the pot if we can't show it down cheap.

Giving someone 7:1 on a 3:1 shot isn't something I like doing, so yes, I'll raise to $12.
