Default blind defense against steal from button

Lately been having a hard time determining what to defend with from the blinds, mainly bb, when the button goes for a steal.

I'll list some possible hands. Assume its been folded around to the button, he's an aggressive loose player, and the small blind has folded. Do you reraise, call, or fold the following hands, also what do you do when you miss the flop and have no draws?

1) Q 8 os
2) A 6 os
3) A 5 s
4) 22
5) 55
6) 67s
7) k10os
8) 910os
9) j5s
10) k5os

thanks

See above for the hands I've been playing. I'm a rookie though and could probably use some touching up myself. Just generating discussion.

call down with a missed flop if I have K or A high... otherwise I might call a flop bet but fold turn.
