Default Satisfaction from a Loosing Session

Just played a really good session , good laydowns , extracted value on good hands, bluffed a couple of good pots with sucess, and havent done any major mistake, anyway after 600 hands. im loosing 1 buy in and a half, lost two times set vs set, kk vs 77 preflop allin, and allin with the nuts vs chasing flush that caught in the river.

So despite playing good and im happy with my play im down 1.5 buy in.

Do you have any kind of satisfacion from this kind of sessions? , or just feel frustrated. I cant help it , ill feel frustrated

Played my hands properly => satisfied with session

Frustrated with session => post hands for feedback

After losing 1.5 buyins, it's still usually the latter for me.

When I can review an entire session in pokertracker and say there is nothing I would have done differently, I'm very happy, win or lose. Unfortunately that's still rare.
