Is there a clear choice which tournys to join with these points? Are some choices more EV then others?

For example there is a 27 person SnG for 500FPP and the winner gets paid entry into the 215 tourny, is that a good deal?

Those are goldmines. I think I have tried them 5 times, and won 3 times. You are getting about 8 bucks for 500 FPPs, which isn't bad.
