Default Pokerstars image feature

About to create a pokerstars account - the image feature is actually pretty sweet, although it takes little to amuse me. My question is, once chosen, how difficult is it to change your image? If it's a pain or not allowed, then I guess I have to do some legwork to pick just the right one.

thanks - Dan

You are allowed one change only. I messed up when i was making mine the first time so i had to adjust an inch,,,and they said that was my one time only change. So i am forever stuck i think.

first i had mine own picture..but to watch your own face all the time..arggg. so i changed it into a beautiful lady..woohoo,, but when my girlfriend saw her, she was very pissed,, so i wanted to change it back into a normal picture (bird or something like that), but i couldn't change it anymore...My lady says. you change the picture or you can't play poker anymore...so i sent email to support and explained the matter,,,and guess what i may change the account one more time..thank you very much..Pokerstars i love you and also i love my girlfriend..

All that effort is lost on me since I turn off the display of the pictures.

Are you serious about the only changing once policy? They should have a disclaimer on there ....

Hi Miah,

I'm pretty sure they do, but not posted in formal rules. I just opened an account there, and when it was time to upload a picture if I wanted, a message appeared that said I should be VERY CAREFUL because once I choose an image, it can't be changed. This might be the only place it says it though (in the process of opening the account). I don't remember seeing it anywhere else.

This is strange - I have changed my logo a couple of times, and have now reverted to the blank gold disc that everyone starts with.

No. I don't work for them before anybody asks or claims favouritism. I'm sure if you ask nicely to have a ghastly image removed they will help you out.

I think the policy is in place to prevent people changing image every week.

Simon
