Why would you not raise here? Surely this would have been a much better option - because he's just as likely to have bet out with AQ as with Kx..... And if he's a good player - surely he would have tried to trap - perhaps check calling you on the flop and then check raising you on the turn or river (should he hold a King).

I would have though that if he had held a King here he would have slow played.
