Default AA hand NL100

Been at the table for about 1 hour, villian has been short the whole time but not been doing anything remarkably stupid.

Villian 80
Hero 130

6 handed and one caller to me on the button and I make it 4 to go, SB calls.

(pot 13)Flop comes Q89 two clubs, checked to me and I dont like the flop but I cant really give a freecard here can I? I make it 2/3 of the pot and SB calls.

(pot 30ish)Turn is blank and he checks to me, I thought it was a check or bet pot situation. I ended up with betting pot, schould I have checked? which he calls.

(pot 90ish)river blank. He pushes in his last 30ish dollars to which I fold, it smells like J10 dont it?

Question, can I get away cheaper but still make draws pay?

I would have bet more on the flop, 3/4 to 6/4. You will have more information ( If he calls, alarm bell, check out your reads).

I don't like the turn. Maybe half the pot : your bet makes him pot commited and your hands is very vulnerable. If you feel like betting half of his stack, be ready for an all-in.

River is predictable that he went all-in. I really don't know what to do though.

As I said, I would have bet more in the earlier streets.
