Hes not going anywhere.
The way its played. Check/call the turn. Check/fold the river. If u threebet the flop and he calls, hes staying at least until the river. |

I would 3-bet the flop. You are 2:1 dog to hit your flush, even if your AJ outs are worthless.
I am not sure why you wouldn't lead the turn here, (esp if you 3bet the flop). You are roughly 4:1 to get your club on the river (again completely discounting your AJ). If he raises, then you are getting exactly 4:1, right? Given the fact that you can't completely discount your AJ this is +EV, or am I missing something here? |
