Pokerstat or Poker Tracker?

hi all,

I'm quite new to playing online, and came across these two software. They both look good, and I'm considering getting one. Poker Tracker seems better value as it can be used in multiple sites.

However before I buy one, I would appreciate your opinions (negative as well as positive) and comparisons. Thanks in advance.
