Default straight with a possible flush

this is a 5/10 game 9 handed at pokerstars.i just started at the site and all the players are new to me.
i hold J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] in the BB
UTG calls 5 folds late player raises 1 fold hero calls UTG three bets,both call 9.5S bets
flop comes
2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
UTG bets late player calls hero calls(was this justified)
turn comes
Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
UTG bets late player raises hero ?

The flop call is fine with a gutshot here, especially given the pot size.

I would like to get to showdown in this hand. On one hand, you could 3-bet here, since we shouldn't be terribly afraid of the flush, since the preflop action likely indicates you're up against big cards - maybe 2 pair and/or a set. However, there is more than one opponent which certainly makes the possibilities of the flush a bit greater.

If you get reraised, it will be tough to call down the river (especially with the possibility of having to pay more than one more bet), but I'd probably do it.
