Let me clue you in on something.
A lof of smart, nerdy guys like 2+2ers have poor oral health. I'm just being honest. Sorry.

And on top of that, the majority of all people simply don't know how brush and floss right.

So learn. You should brush with a SOFT toothbrush for at least TWO minutes and you should brush your entire mouth: front and back of teeth, tounge, everything. You should brush at least twice a day. If you can brush after meals, do it - especially if you have a hereditary weak teeth. If you can't brush, chew sugarless gum after meals.

You should floss at least once a day and that means run floss up and down each sides of the teeth, so 4 strokes. If you hate flossing, find an alternative: waterpik or something.

But mostly, if your dentist makes you feel bad for whatever reason, find a new dentist.

I will step off the dental hygiene soapbox now.
