Default Result of onfocused play - how to act?

Party 5/10. You're on the river with unimproved AKo and two players check to you in the buttton. The pot is $90 and the board basically consits of blanks.

Since you're onfocused and possibly on tilt you don't really remember how you got into the situation but the likely thing is that you raised preflop and bet flop and turn. Some people folded along the way. Two remain. What do you do?

Why not just check through? Against two players I don't think you have much value of a lower A calling. I think you're beat greater than 50% of the time when one player calls. A lot of it is player dependent though, so you really need to throw in some reads about how far these guys will call.

Check and watch the pot slid the other way the vast majority of the time.

Then I sit out and take a break since according to Rory's ultimate theorum of preperadness you aren't in the proper mindset to play.

I might uncheck the autopost blinds box and wait for them to come back around, but that's the idea. It's no longer time for poker. It's time for a beer.
