As it turns out the OP was ahead until the river. The hero is going to take this down so often that it's worth noting that despite everyone's fears, it was only a desperate longshot that could beat him. To repeat, the hero was a huge favorite through the whole hand. Raise! Raise! Raise!

Ummm, T9 is not a straight, it's a flush. Add that guy to your buddy list. The pot was too small for him to even call on the flop. 5:1 for two medium overcards and a backdoor flush is not nearly good enough.
