Default NL100 full ring VC 6 max

I just recently moved up from NL25 6 max to NL100. I multitable 4 tables, both full ring and 6 max. It's harder, of course, to find loose players at NL100, but on the other side you learn to know the regular sharks faster so you can avoid them. And poker is FUN again. (My winrate at NL25 was slowly decreasing because I almost puked every time I started to play. )

My question is: Why play full ring?

At 6 max there is often more players that pay to see the flop than at full ring. My sample is, of course, not so big. But I thought I was a tight ass, at some full ring tables I'm almost a LAG compared to 3-5 players at the table.

Is there someone here who play both full ring and 6 max and have a better winrate at full ring? How do you change your strategy between full ring and 6 max?

At NL25 I noticed that my winrate was decreasing when I started to play more aggressiv preflop with cards like JJ and AQ (this was before I started to puke, so there most be another reason to my lower winrate). At NL100 I totally see why you should play more aggressiv preflop, because players generally think more and may fold a better hand after the flop if you make a continued bet.

Is a passiv strategy better at NL25 compared to NL100???

Any other advices moving up from NL25 to NL100?

play full ring if:
1. you suck at poker
2. you have no interest in learning how to do anything but nutpeddle
3. you want to 8-table
4. you don't want to have to use your brain on a regular basis

play 6max if
1. you are awesome
2. you want to learn how to play real poker
3. you want to play 270 hands/hr on 4 tables
4. youre willing to gamboooool

advice for moving up to NL100:

just play. players are tighter in general but you will see pretty quickly who the ATMs are.
