Default When can I move up?

If I'm a good $1/2 player, what should my stats be to consider moving to $2/4? And over how many hands?

I tried searching for a thread on this and couldn't find one quickly.

Any help is appreciated.

Throw in a table of the higher limit once in a while and see if you are comfortable playing that limit. If you are, and you have the bankroll for it, then go ahead and play the higher limit. There's no use in waiting until you're making xBB/100.

Whenever you feel ready man.

Most important consideration is that you'll be able to move back down if you need to.
