Retraining #3
Opponent is a good TAG. Best way to milk it?

Re: Retraining #3
I would checkraise... if he has an A or a 7 he will bet based on his actions so far but if you bet he will just call unless he has A7 or AA in which case he will go to town. By betting you basically get 1 bet when you're ahead and pay as much as 4 bets when behind (if you decide to 3-bet). By checkraising you get 2 bets when ahead and pay 3 when behind...

When I say good TAG, I mean it.
Does your answer change if I tell you he'd fold an ace here if I check raise? |

Re: Retraining #3
Not in this case. For better or for worse, I had a bit of respect for this guy. I think he folds all hands to a 3-bet I beat, and I get to call another 2 if I'm behind to A7 or AA.

Re: Retraining #3
If he will fold to a checkraise 100% then I would agree that a bet is best. His hand reeks of AK to me. I don't know what limit this is but I just don't see players on party playing A7 or AA this fast. A bet is also good if you feel he will check an A behind, but given his turn action and your lack of 3 bet he has to think his big A is good and will bet...
