Your pre-flop play should be combination of loose and tight charts, because even a tight game can get loose for a while and then you need to adjust. And as it's been said in previous message, use them as a guideline, don't follow those charts rigidly. Read the pre-flop section and remember it. And don't stress about the pre-flop so much. It's the postflop which brings you the money.
It's hard to say what VP$IP you'll get following those charts, because it also depends on the agressivness of the table.
