Default giving up too quick?

not sure about PFR, nor about post-flop line. villain is TAG.

Flop: (7.50 SB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button 3-bets</font>, Hero calls.

I don't like the PFR. First in from MP3+ I like it.

As for the hand, I think I play it the same. I'm not sure how many outs you have, though. If you are up against AK then you only have 3 good outs.

Dont raise PF.
Based on buttons TAG and preflop reraise, he likely holds AA, KK, or AK. I think I call the flop, and check-fold the turn.

I'm not sure that we can narrow his possible hands down that much, but I think that he definitely has a pair of Aces or better. He could have AQ, AJs, etc.

I'd limp PF, and wouldn't call the raise (assuming it was heads up.)

This is nonsense dude. Think about it...

If KQo is worth a raise UTG, surely KJo is worth a raise from the 3 hole. It is also 8 handed which makes it even easier.

Who says to raise KQo UTG? I didn't see it in the SSH charts, so I haven't done it.

I see. Well I respect your poker advice, even though that is not in the SSH charts. How else should I vary my preflop play? Should I raise AJo and ATo UTG as well?

Hi! I'm a newbie here. Just taking Grunchcan's challenge so take this with a grain of salt...

I don't raise J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] from early position, maybe not even limp just, fold (depends on table)
I check/fold the flop...
CR might be a good idea against a weak player, but I think a TAG would call you down no matter what and you would loose...
