Call too much?

Hi,
do I miss to much value bets/raises? Two examples:

Hand 1:

Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is CO with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
4 folds, MP3 calls, Hero calls, Button raises, 1 fold, BB calls, MP3 calls, Hero calls.

Flop: (8.50 SB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (5 players)
BB checks, MP3 checks, Hero checks, Button bets, BB calls, MP3 folds, Hero calls.

Turn: (5.75 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players)
BB checks, Hero checks, Button bets, BB calls, Hero raises, Button 3-bets, BB caps, Hero calls, Button calls.

River: (17.75 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 players)
BB checks, Hero checks, Button checks.

Final Pot: 17.75 BB

Hand 2:

whyarewecallingK2spreflop?

I don't mind your flop play in hand 1. Had MP3 called this is an easy easy value raise.

I would, however, bet the turn. I am scared that this gets checked through, and I have a pretty sick hand that wants bets in the middle.

Hand 1: I'd muck this PF

I think the flop is a good opertunity to go for a C/R, since the PF aggresor is to your immediate left, you would trap alot of bets

turn looks cool

bet out the river.

Hand 2:

I don't like the flop C/R. I prefer to play sets very straightfoward, and I think the hand would have played out better if you just bet out the flop

H1 I'd probably muck PF. C/R the flop to trap the field, your equity here is well over 25%.

H2 I think I'd be rammin & jammin.

I have no reads except for Button on H1, he's a gambler: VP$P over 60%, he don't raise too much but don't know the strenght of a hand...

Don't you think that on a table where pots gets over 10BB every hand, it's worth limping CO with Kxs. No?

I wouldn't play these in LP with only 1 in ahead of you. Who's going to make a pot big enough to give you the odds to call a flop bet? You don't know about who's going to play beind you.

I'm not sure the assumption is he lost. What is he behind with the 2 pair? I definately wouldn't fold the turn with 2 pair and a flush draw.

He's behind K5. Maybe the fold is a bit weak, but it is 2 to me at 13.5:2. I guess I was still puzzled why we got in this mess in the first place.
