How do I calculate...

My BB/hour for a game with a kill. Specifically, a 5/10 that becomes 10/20 when the pot is >100. All I can think of is some kind of approximation of the number of pots that were kills over the course of the night, but I doubt I can be accurate after a decently long session. Any input is welcome. Thanks.
