Default Sour board vs LAG

Villian is LAG preflop, and comes in for a small raise pretty often. He's very aggressive postflop too. I have been making a continuation bet after raising preflop every time, and he has pushed me off quite a few flops. Terrible position for me (probably should have switched tables).

Not too bad. Looks like he made his flush, against a LAG who is very aggro postflop, i call the river minraise, even tho it could very easily be a flush.

I think check calling on the river would be best.
