With no reads on the EP player I think I am going to call this as well. I am fairly sure that you are ahead, the only problem with raising now is if he made his draw on the river. He might bet again forcing you to either fold or call. His bet on the turn indicated a draw, probably hit a pair with a gutshot or a flush. Since he is aggressive, he's more than likely to bet again on the river giving you the chance to raise if a none treating card comes on the river. He'll bet again since you didn't show any strength on the turn by not raising.

The real question is on the river. If the river isn't a scare card and you decided to c/raise, whats your move if he makes it 3bets. There are a ton of hands which could beat you, set, 2-pair, nut straight, or bluff. I might call against someone who's aggressive since he's more likely to bluff against someone who's passive.
