ok to be clear you can't use the neteller card anywhere with MC / VISA logo, it's not an MC/VISA card. You can use it anywhere on the star or pulse network look for those logos

Most ATM's that I can think of that have more than a $200 limit are the kind that take your card, and only return it after the transaction is completed.

really?? I rarely see $200 limit anymore...

Most bank ATM's take your card and return it at the end of the transaction from my memory. Has anyone else gotten a card "taken" by a bank? What bank please so we can all boycott.

well, as i said earlier, i had mine eaten by an ATM, but i don't remember the bank, and i don't think it would matter because it was the bank in my po-dunk college town.

as I was going thorugh the options on getting my card again, i heard a choice to find "bank friendly" atm machines that will accept the card .. just punch a few buttons in the menu. i didn't try it myself, but it may be what you're lookin for

LOL...'lets boycot'...the banner of the angry American in all walks of life who thinks he has remake the world in a way that suits him.

Anyway, I seriosly doubt there are enough Neteller Debit card users for them to worry about.

Ok, well boycott is a poor choice of words, FYI, my new company banks with B of A, my first day in there I was greeted by someone who had way too much coffee and stands at that podiu, telling me where the merchant window was, ok fine be helpful, the next two people that were greeted were there to talk to someone about fees that were tacked on their accounts. This is the main reason I dont bank with them.
