Default Top pair against trips

Please give me some comments of this hand

0.5-1 limit hold'em
hero is ITG with AKo open raise, everyone folds

BB call

flop 3 K 3 rainbow

BB bets - hero raises - BB calls

turn 7 - BB bets - hero calls

river 9 - BB bets - hero calls

i'd have raised the turn and taken it from there.

Looks like a king or a pocket pair worried about giving you a free card; I'd be more worried about a 3 if he'd flat-called the flop and check-raised the turn. I'd raise the turn and call down a 3-bet -- I think you're getting paid off by a 2nd-best hand most of the time.

Not sure - given he called rather than raised pre-flop, I'd put him on a medium hand. Given he also bet rather than check-raised or slow played after this, this would reinforce a medium hand that's improved, but not overly (unless you know better? does he love betting?), so I'd suggest something like KJ as most likely?

or possibly KQ or KTs?

trips is a definite possibility though - low trips often make people nervous, so they will bet out rather than check-raise...

Not very helpful is it - but if I were playing and sitting where you were at the river, I'd see his cards - but as cheap as possible. You ain't gonna scare him outa trips, and everything else that probable you got beat.
