Sites to play Texas Holdem

I know there are a lot of places to play poker. I know, for example, Ultimate Bet, Poker Stars, Party Poker, etc.
But i dont know any site that gives you money to start. I know there are those sites... can somebody tell me one?

Or can somebody lend me like $22 to start in PartyPoker?.. I promise i will paid it back (and double) if i can survive (with $22 i will be able only to play in 2 tourneys of $11).

Thanks you, but i prefer to start with a lower pot, something like 250$, to prove myself as a poker player (and to make easier to pay back the money).
