I'd raise the river. Sure villain could have had a small pair and the turn or river gave him two pair, but I think more often you're getting an extra bet.

Villain could have a J and been going for a CR on the turn, if hes aggressive, or a weak Q.

I would raise the river. After the free card play people tend to bet anything, and we have the top kicker. I'n not too worried about QJ, cause he probably would have allready bet the flop or the turn.
