Final Pot: 5.25 BB

my read on villian is pretty standard TAG, a little loose in PFRs. will autobet the flop when checked to him in this situation.
this line feels awful and I would normally bet the turn, but how out-of-line is check-folding? Thanks.

I'm not getting any better hands to fold, and I feel that in this spot, it's really easy to raise me off the hand if I wasn't beat already. would check-calling here make any sense?

If you know he's a TAG why not 3bet PF OOP. He seems like he will know you have a hand that most likely beats his. If he caps you can put him on JJ+ or AK and check fold most flops and if you hit a set on a raggy flop he may pay off more with KK and AA.

IMO check call the flop is much better than check raise.
