Son of a Preacher - Dusty Springfield
In Pulp Fiction Also... the main music in Clockwork Orange (the music on at the very first shot) is really really awesome... but might not be a "song" |

The sing along on the bus to Elton John's Tiny Dancer in Almost Famous is a great scene. Hard to believe Cameron Crowe could make me love an Elton John tune...

Re: Best song in a movie moment...
QT actually said somehwere (cant remember where... maybe DVD extra / online interview) that if he couldn't get that song, then that scene wasnt going to be in the movie.
Im glad he did, because that is a really cool scene (though, that could be said for most of that movie) |

Re: Best song in a movie moment...
the remi song in suicide kings when th guy n gal are in mustang ang get attacked...
[ QUOTE ] What is the best song used at a specific point in a movie? For instance, I'm watching Goodfellas and the Cream song "Sunshine of my Love" (i think thats the title) is really freaking sick. The opening chords start blaring as Deniro stares down the camera as he's deciding to wack all the people from the heist... I am sure this isn't even close to the best one, but I love when a really good song comes on in a movie giving the goosebump effect. [/ QUOTE ] |

In "Say Anything..." when Lloyd holds the boombox over his head playing "In Your Eyes" (Peter Gabriel) outside Dianne's window.
