Default 5/10 6 max preflop with KK. Define his hand?

Villian has come over the top of my raise preflop when i was on the button or co 2x already. One time i folded AQo, also folded something else. But i think this is a real hand. AA-JJ AK and (TT)? Should i put in a 3rd bet and raise to 200? to see if hes got AA-KK or call. I know i'm giving away some of what i have by making the call, but i dont think that he could just narrow me down to AA-KK. my range would be something like AA-JJ AK. Also, based on what you decide to do preflop what do you do flop on?

you should be calling his raise to 60 with any hand in that spot. you have position and great pot odds against an aggressive opponent. i like calling the flop (you're either way ahead or way behind, although it's most likely the former)
unless he's a maniac this board doesnt seem scary and i see him using this line with QQ, JJ or possibly TT. the way you've played the hand villain cant put you on kings and i think you basically have to get the money in and hope you're good.

I would be quite surprised if he had a six, but I would not at all be surprised if he had AA.

He still has to pay it off pretty much.
