Re: where are good 7-stud hi/lo games? (online)
I play on Stars, but the game selection isn't great. 5-6 tables spread between .5/1-2/4. I stuck a toe into a shorthanded game, but I'm not ready for that yet.
After I clear the bonus I'm gonna transfer funds to party and see how life is there. |

party is far, far juicer than stars- but the ante is also much higher. a stars 1/2 game usually has a pot avg around 8-10$ at party, it's around 15-20$. juicy.

Wow! Hell on Stars there are hands where the bring-in gets returned even at .5/1. I don't think I'm mentally tough enough for that kind of action yet.

Absolute poker aint bad. Their stud hi/lo is much better than their hold'em. Mostly passive play, not many maniacs. usually the same cast of characters who get extrememly easy to read after a while. Cant remember the ante structure but its sort of a middle of the road structure.

From some of the recent posts I have seen mscags make about the PP games I would say that they are best. I just hate the software soooo much. Maybe one day I will switch. Its not like the PS games are bad or anything! They also have a much better structure if you want to play 1/2

I'm gonna have to agree. I haven't played anywhere else besides Pacific (which isnt usually too bad when the games are running) but Party just has a bunch of idiots most of the time. If you play at peak times and use good table selection you shouldn't have any problems
