These threads were all the rage a year or more ago. I have not seen as many in the last 6 months. I wonder why? What happened with all the people considering this? I know we have a few guys on the Pac Rim who frequent this board, did they do this?

I for one would recommend a long vacation to your destination of choice b4 making the jump. My understanding is that Costa Rica has a lot of things going for it.

Somewhere like Brazil you'd likely live like a king on only a moderate amount of US$ per week. Malaysia would be good also, in the capital there's cheap modern apartments, good broadband internet, satellite TV etc. Plus a lot of HOT little asian girls most of which would speak english ok [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

im just taking a guess here, but i would guess that it has alot to do with the fact that even if you move out of the us to a another country to be an online pro, you are still mandated by the us to pay income tax for some bs reason. i think that kills pretty much the whole purpose. however, i would definitely like to live in australia. sounds like good beats to me.
