Try $0.06 each as 5 Star is almost always offering 25% off. Also there is free shipping on orders over $99 according to the latest e-mail I received. I am not affiliated with 5 Star, but I am a big fan of them.

Do these chips have a recessed center that makes them a good candidate for stickering? Kinda hard to tell from the pics.

There is a very slight indentation. Not sure how stickers would do. I've been tempted to try though.

They work just fine on them, never heard anyone complain.

That's great to hear.
Sorry to have replied to the contrary.
I ordered these chips with the intention of getting labels, but read somewhere that the labels made them stack thick.
I should've gotten a second opinion!

I think they might, in a 500 chip tray, take up enough space where you lose one chip per stack of 50.

In my 1000 chip tray, there is almost an inch of give space, so even if they added a slight amount to each chip, it wouldn't matter -

I have to look again when I get home, but to be honest, I REALLY don't believe they're recessed - you can throw a label on them, but I think it might mess with the flatness of the chip on the table - we'd have to check/test it out -

I think we're gonna try to start that small stakes mixed game - I'll keep you in mind, Milo, if it gets going - or if I hear of another 3/6 game going down at drew's place.

these are really awesome chips. If they made these with edgespots, the budget home chip market would be game over.

How do these differ from the NexGens?

next gen's are softer, for one - they feel a little heavier/mushier then a regular chip. (I was afraid of smearing them at one point if I rubbed them together) -

also a bit cheaper - - the dice feel like a clay chip - plain and simple - nexgen's are a bit mushier/heavier - don't feel really like clay, but they don't feel like an 11.5 gram suited chip either

I've got a couple more people interested, but they're nanolimit guys. I still need to get straight with them what stakes they're ok with. I'd like to have your opinion, too.

yah, I hate playing for nickel/quarter - I've been quitting home games cause of that -

I'll play 3/6 up to 6/12 and NL with buyin's of up to $100/$200 - those are cool with me.
