Default results so far

I lost my first 5 buyins.

My next 4: 1 2 2 4

I think I might be able to play at this level.

LOL always a smartass in the group. Of course I am not putting a whole lot of stock in results from my first 9 tournies. But I would imagine any time you move up there is some apprehension initially. The fact that I lost my first 5 buyins magnified this. I was just glad things settled down the next go round.

Fair enough, I can live with having apprehension moving up.

I'm not saying you can't, but to win at poker and SNGS you have to learn how to play through discouraging results.

yeah I have no problem with variance. I think the question moving up initially is can I play at this game. You lose the first 5 buyins you get scared. If this multiplies to 10 buyins or 14 out of 15 or something like that, suddenly the question isn't variance, it is gameplay. I guess I'll have to update this after my first 100. ;-)
