LOL always a smartass in the group. Of course I am not putting a whole lot of stock in results from my first 9 tournies. But I would imagine any time you move up there is some apprehension initially. The fact that I lost my first 5 buyins magnified this. I was just glad things settled down the next go round.

I'm not saying you can't, but to win at poker and SNGS you have to learn how to play through discouraging results. |

yeah I have no problem with variance. I think the question moving up initially is can I play at this game. You lose the first 5 buyins you get scared. If this multiplies to 10 buyins or 14 out of 15 or something like that, suddenly the question isn't variance, it is gameplay. I guess I'll have to update this after my first 100. ;-)
