AIM Messenger annoying AD on top of Buddy List.

This stupid Britney Spears and Kevin ad keeps going off from my Buddy list on my AIM. I can't seem to find the option to turn this thing off. Does anyone know how to disable the ad on top of the buddylist? HELP WOULD GREATLY be appreciated. This ad is trying me NUTS!!!
