Well,

I have cashed out several times from Pacific, and I ran into a problem after I started to cash out more than I had deposited. They emailed me and told me there was to be a "standard security check" to verify my identity before cashing me out. All I had to do was simple:

1) Provide a copy of my D/L
2) Sign a statement declaring all of my deposits made to the site
3) Provide a copy of my CC front and back.

However, I had heard ahead of time that they require the credit card for cashouts. I obviously dont think sending copies of my credit card to Antigua is a good idea, so I did not use a CC to deposit. I only used neteller - and basically did not have to supply #3.

After they got my credentials, the cash out was processed promptly.
