Default Live Games versus Online

I'm driving cross-country from college in NC to home in MT this week and was planning on playing some live NL games along the way. I play primarily 600 6-handed NL/PL (usually multitabling on four tables) on Party and am accustommed to monetary swings of +- 4000 with an average win rate of about $95 an hour after 350+ hours . What limit of live NL should I be playing and does anyone have an suggestions about good casinos to play at?

5/10 NL. You are going to get bored, quick. If you feel like it try some 10/20 if it's spread.
