masturbate, then take a nap or go do something else for a little while. I have no qualms with not playing for a week if need be.

Tough post to follow, but...

For myself I stick to a limit where I am comfortable enough to keep playing without having to worry that a downswing might put me off my game. I do get annoyed when I find myself down 50 BB or 100 BB from, but just because it means I could have been doing a lot of other things with the time when I was losing and the time it will take just to get back the money I temporarily loaned out. Why, I could have been doing something fun, like, er, masturbating.

Massive bankrolls is the best solution. I pushed through a 400BB downswing without moving down or seriously doubting myself.
