No reads other than the SB was on tilt and fairly low stacked (had about $30 left on the river). I have questions on all streets. I was debating raising the flop (which I think I should have) but am wondering about my line after just calling.

Short stacks have a difficult time folding on any street, and on tilt I'd expect him to call down with a lot of crap that's still beating you.

Not having raised the flop, I'd check call the turn and check fold the river.

I wouldn't bet the river against two player w/o reads knowing one of them is tilting and short stacked.
