Default Late in a 2000 person MTT

Yes it is a freeroll, but I am trying to improve my MTT's via freerolls and $1 buy ins. 22 people left in tourney and table is tight. I am one off the blinds and looking to steal. Hand Convertor would not work

I'd raise more. You're "looking to steal", yet you make a minimum raise.

Since you were going to call an all-in anyways, you should have just pushed yourself, you had less than 10x BB.

Fold. 22 is a very marginal hand. You have 9bbs, if you get caught stealing once, you are crippled.

Um, in the SB with a better than avg hand, when everyone folds to you..... you raise. AI is the play here. Min-raising is very silly. JJ that is very W/T advise.

Yup, I agree with this. If I had pushed all in, I likely don't get called.

Something like 80% of the time you don't get called IMHO, but this changes if you have a table image as a bully.

1. As others have said I am likely ahead since everybody folded to me in late position.

2. Once I call all in preflop I was actually a favorite to the two other pushers. Not by much , but I'll take these odds to double up

You are likely ahead, but 22 is a very vulnerable holding. Against two random hands your equity is only 31%. Against one random hand and one pair, it is only 17%. As it turned out you had 38% equity because each opponent had an A. You were getting 3.8:1 on your call so you're getting about the right odds to call.

I think you are missing the big picture. 2000 started down to 22, so you are in the money or on the bubble. Only 2 at your table have bigger stacks, one of those much bigger. Your stack is 9X the BB, so you are short but not desperate.

So it is folded to you in the CO with 22. Button and SB are pretty short--they may be thinking about doubling up or they may be pulling in their horns to try to move up a few more spots. BB has a decent stack and wants your chips. Attempting a steal is a good option since the table is tight, but you should know that if BB calls, you are at best 50/50 (2 overs) or a big dog (pair). If it is important to you to move up a few spots or make the final table then folding 22 is a good play.
