I think that with some deep thought, this situation has 3 legitimate choices with different percentages of the times they should be performed. The options are raise, call, or fold. I have included the percentages of what I do in this situation, followed by the percentage of the time this action is taken.

Raise: 100%
Call: 0%
Fold: 0%

Edit: A case of .01% deviation can be made for misclicks of call and fold.

Honestly though, especially with the calling donkey in the middle, raise and forget the FPS.
