Re: What bothers you more?
I find that I'm much angrier after getting outflopped.
If I get rivered I know I put my money in good. When I get outflopped, I often find myself putting in bets I know I'm losing money on. |

Getting rivered, without a doubt. Especially in NL

Re: What bothers you more?
My problem (one of many ) is that I start to feel I "own" the pot if I'm ahead at the turn. I'll forget (emotionally) that this is a SEVEN card game.
Example from yesterday. Freeroll tourny on Absolute Poker. Down to 200 players from 2000. Guy goes all in before me and I call with a pair of queens. He shows 10d 5d. And no, I have NO idea why he went all in. Medium stack that wasn't being pressured by the blinds or any thing else for that matter. Flop is no help for either of us. Then the turn shows a 5 and the river comes up .... you guessed it ... a 10! And I'm off looking for something else to do for the rest of the day. I'd much rather he'd picked up his two pair on the flop. Dean |
