I don't like a re-raise here unless Villian views you as particularly LAG.

Since he's a tight player, I think it's too likely that you will just be raised by the K flush and folded to by just about anything else.

However, I think a raise might be okay if
a) Villian is likely to call with a lesser flush
b) A re-raise by this player makes this an easy laydown.
