3/6, 4/8, 5/10, 10/20 limit. 15/30 if the players are bad enough.

Maybe a little baby no limit on the side.

Great idea for a thread. It's amazing that nobody on this forum has ever posted about cardrooms in the Bay Area. Way to get the ball rolling!

I don't understand, how bad do the players have to be for you to play 15/30? That seems like a wide range of games to play.

I had a business trip to SF a couple weeks ago and got good info here. I ended up going to Lucky Chances twice. It's south of town almost to the airport. I learned after my first trip that you can take bart for $2.75 to Colma station and LC has a shuttle every half hour from the station.

I played 3-6 both trips and won both nights. The first night I felt my cards were cold and I took some bad beats with good cards and still ended +30 after 4-5 hours. The second night I made $170 in the same amount of time. (I am a 2-4 online player for comparison).

There were 6-8 seeing most every flop, very little raising, and they would call to the river with bottom pair.

If I could have played a third night I would've tested the 6-12 waters.

the 6/12 at LC is the same as the 3/6 in my opinion ( only about 5/6 sessions, i don't play live much)...
